Job requirements
1. Responsible for leading and executing the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, coordinating the work of various departments, and ensuring the coordinated operation of all links in the supply chain.
2. Develop and regularly update supply chain planning processes such as MPS (Master Production Plan) and manpower planning, and develop MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to avoid stagnant inventory.
3. Work closely with departments such as sales, production, procurement, and quality to ensure that the supply chain plan is aligned with the company's overall strategy, meets customer needs, and achieves cost savings goals.
4. Collect and analyze data from various links in the supply chain, conduct supply chain data analysis, provide data support for decision-making, and continuously optimize supply chain planning.
